Not sure how the lift level is different than workout level but it seems to me the numbers of both should be the same when doing a '1RM workout' because the workout is the lift.
That doesn't seem to be the case as you can see from the attached.
I'm pretty sure it should be different:
- In this 1RM workout your doing better than 84% of others doing the same workout
- However, the lift level doesn't necessarily takes into account only people doing the same workout. If I have done a 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1 snatch balance workout, I'm not doing the 1RM workout so I'm not taken into account in the wourkout level, still I have done (multiple) 1RM lifts.
