APP:


On the mobile app you can find your programmed WODs on the home screen via the Fitness tab. 



Workouts will be organized by track. Click to expand or collapse a given track. Tapping on the "+" icon will reveal action items (including Log) for each programmed workout. 

 


WEB:


Once you assign a WOD, it will appear on each member's (including yours as the Admin) "Whiteboard" page. That is the page everyone is taken to upon logging into CrossFit btwb. Members can post their results to those WODs right from that page.
