On the mobile app you can find your programmed WODs under "Todays WOD's".

Tapping on Today's WODs will open up your calendar view with a drop down of your Tracks. Select the track to find your assigned workouts for today. 



Once you assign a WOD, it will appear on each member's (including yours as the Admin) "Whiteboard" page. That is the page everyone is taken to upon logging into CrossFit btwb. Members can post their results to those WODs right from that page.
