To plan a workout with a complex, all you need to do is make sure you are logged into your admin account on the website and hit the plan tab.



Scroll down to "Build your own workout" and select either single or multiple movements. Depending on how many movements in your workout.




Single Movements


Select the lifting complex tab.



and then build out the movements in the complex.




Multiple Movements


Once you have selected your template, you'll be able to to add and build out your complex.
