The Notepad: Indicates that you've logged a result from a planned workout. You'll find these on your Whiteboard calendar.
The Lifter: Indicates a workout post. You'll find these on your profile calendar.
The Lightning Bolt: Indicates a personal record (PR)! Hopefully you see these pretty often! You'll find these on both your Whiteboard and Profile calendars.
The Bullet Point: Indicates a planned workout that has yet to have a result posted. You'll find these on your Whiteboard calendar.
The Journal: Indicates a journal entry. You'll find these on your profile calendar.
The "M": Indicates a movement. You'll find these when using the universal search box in the header of the page.
The "W": Indicates a workout. You'll find these when using the universal search box in the header of the page.
The Green Check Mark: Indicates a high confidence level. You'll find these next to the Fitness Level categories via the Analyze link in the header of the page.
The Orange Wave Mark: Indicates a moderate confidence level. You'll find these next to the Fitness Level categories via the Analyze link in the header of the page.
The Red Exclamation Point: Indicates a low confidence level. You'll find these next to the Fitness Level categories via the Analyze link in the header of the page.
The Green Number: The green represents an improved workout time. The number represents the exact time or weight difference, based on a direct comparison with your previous result.
The Red Number: The red represents a slower workout time. The number represents the exact time or weight difference, based on a direct comparison with your previous result.
