Training Days is a feature which shows you the consistency in your training. You can can view your Training Days in two different ways, by either selecting Training Days from your home screen or by selecting Analyze from the menu off the home screen.
This is where you will be able to see your current year as well as some statistics from the Lifestyle Log:
- Training Days/Days Left In Year/Rest Days
- Nutrition Days
- Feel Good Days
The markings on the calendar days are:
- The solid green check marks show the days you worked.
- The light green circles show the days you rested/have left in the year.
- The yellow lightning circles show days that you hit a PR.
You can look at previous years data through the drop down menu on the Training Days screen.
