Your profile is all about YOU. This is where you'll be able to see everything you've ever posted to CrossFit btwb, as well as your personal records. You can also visit other member's profiles to view their results, PRs, and other gym activity.
To get to your Profile Page on the app, just tap your picture on the top left hand corner.
You will be able to view your social, activity, and benchmark pages. You can also edit your profile and add your social media handles from here by clicking the settings wheel on the top right hand corner.
From your activity tab, you will be able to view your PR's, Lifts, interval WOD's, all your logged Girls workouts and a view of All workouts.
The Benchmarks tab will take you to your benchmark workouts such as; The Girls, Heroes, Endurance, The Open, Barbell Lifts, Gymnastics, and your Notables.
To get to your profile, you can either click on your (teeny little) image in the upper right hand corner of the page, then click on "profile," or click your your (larger) profile picture on the left hand side of the screen.
If you need to Edit your Personal Profile settings, just head over to the Edit Profile link from the drop-down menu at the top right of the site header. You'll find all your options there, like changing your email or choosing your profile picture.
