From your home screen on the app, tap your profile picture to access your profile.
Once on your profile you can scroll straight down to see all of your posts in a chronological feed.
The "Posts" section is located in the column on the left side of the profile page. Here you'll be able to view any post you've ever made to the site. Sections include:
This is where you will find a list of all your activity on btwb including workout results, meals, weight ins, journals etc.
The Workout Posts sections lists all of the workouts you've ever posted. You'll be able to filter through them via a date range, or you can search for a keyword. For example, if you type in "deadlift" in the search box, you'll get all of your workout posts that had deadlift in it.
You will be able to keep track of the meals you have eaten through out the week. Logging your Fats, Proteins and Carbs.
You can view your weigh-in graph from the first logged weight-in. We will give you a summary of your weight, body fat and lean mass.
If you find your self doing some non-workout activities, such as playing soccer, basketball, yoga, spinning, etc., track them with Journals.
These are great to keep track of. It is good to know why you might be seeing a difference in your performance and results. You might look back and wonder why your squat numbers look off, and having a note of a injured knee you will be able to put this together and see what happened.
