Add Elevation Change Option for Monostructural Workouts

I think it would be fantastic if you had the option of factoring elevation changes to monostructural workouts or any workout.  This would work similar to factoring a weighted vest.  Running a 5k on generally flat terrain is not the same as running a 5k over hilly terrain or up a mountain.

Even though this is an older request, I just now came across it.  I think this is a great idea.  As far as I can tell, adding a height variable to a run does not change the power output.  With trail-running increasing in popularity as well as hiking/rucking, I think people, would get a lot of use out of this, particularly when it comes to looking at the overall output of a mono-structural effort and how it may impact recovery and training goals.
