I love ladders like 50-40-30-20-10 or 21-18-15.. etc.
So far I've logged each movement with the reps for each "round". But this ends up being quite a long list and lots of copying the movement and changing the reps in the copy.
I wonder if there is an easier way of doing this? I guess it fall under the "For Time" category, but I haven't found a form where you enter the rep scheme and then simply the movements for each.
Thanks,
Kat
