In addition to creating your own custom workouts, you can also search for and plan existing btwb workouts via the Find Workouts tab menu on the right side of the screen.

Planning A Found Workout

Once you find a workout you're looking for using one of the methods above, planning it to a track on your calendar is easy. Follow the steps below.

Step 1

Click on the blue "+" icon.

Step 2

Select Plan Workout from the menu that appears.

Step 3

Make final adjustments to Track, Date, and Custom Title. Click the "Plan Workout" button.

If successful, the workout should appear on your calendar for the selected track on the designated day.

Using A Found Workout As A Template Instead

The steps above outline planning a workout "as is" from Find Workouts. However, you can also use a found existing workout as a template to plan your own custom version of the workout. Follow the steps below.

Step 1

Click on the blue "+" icon.

Step 2

Select the "Use As Template" option from the menu that appears.

Step 3

From the edit screen that appears, customize the workout as needed by using the various actions to change schemes, movements, loads, etc.

As an example, in the screenshot below, I've swapped pull-ups for kettlebell swings. I've also made final updates to the Track, Date, and Custom Title sections.

When finished with all edits, click the "Plan Workout" button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4

Review the updated workout description and click the "Plan Workout" button located at the bottom of the page once again.

If successful, the workout should appear on your calendar for the selected track on the designated day.
