When searching for workouts to plan, you'll have access to programming filters that will analyze Characteristics and Movements for the selected track. 


To access the programming filters, open the Find Workout tab, make sure the desired track is selected, then click on the filters icon. 



There are 3 different filter options...

  • Dates
  • Characteristics
  • Movements






Dates

The dates filter allows users to select a start and end date, but these dates ONLY affect the percentages shown next to Characteristics and Movement filters (more details in the respective sections below). They do NOT have an impact on the actual workout list, or the Last Performed tags, when applied.


Please note the text just below the "End" date field. It reads...


Start and end dates only affect percentages. They do not affect "last performed" tags.




Characteristics

The characteristics filter allows you to select between the following filters...

  • Type
  • Scheme
  • Repetitions
  • Duration
  • Load
  • Modality
  • Benchmarks
  • WODs
  • Fitness Level


For each characteristic, you'll get two different kinds of analysis...

  • Last Performed
  • Percentage Used


Last Performed

This number shows you how long ago a workout with this particular characteristic was planned. 


For example, using the screenshot below, it's been more than 6 months since a "Tabata" style workout has been planned, but it's only been 5 days since a "High" repetition workout has been planned.



Percentage Used

This number shows you the percentage of workouts programmed with THAT particular characteristic within the established date filters. 


For example, using the screenshot below, given 09/08/2023 (Start) through 03/08/24 (End), 41% of planned workouts had a "Medium" rep range.





Movements

The movements filters work the same way. You'll be able to select from 3 different modalities...

  • Gymnastics
  • Monostructural
  • Weightlifting


Each modality will list the various movements that have been part of planned workouts for the selected track. 

For each modality, you'll get two different kinds of analysis...

  • Last Performed
  • Percentage Used



 

Last Performed

This number shows you how long ago a workout with this particular movement was planned. 


For example, using the screenshot below, it's been 4 weeks since a Back Squat movement has been planned, but it's only been 5 days since a Kettlebell Swing movement has been planned. 



Percentage Used

This number shows you the percentage of movements planned fromTHAT particular modality within the established date filters. 


For example, using the screenshot below, given 09/08/2023 (Start) through 03/08/24 (End), 33% of movements have come from the Gymnastics movement modality. 






Applying the Filters

Use the filters to find workouts that plug holes in your programming. When you apply the filters, the workout list is updated to show workouts that meet your criteria. Each time a new workout is planned, the appropriate percentages and "Last Performed" tags are updated in real-time.
