The templates were designed to allow users to build & log the most common WOD types quickly and easily. Standard "21-15-9", "AMRAP", and "Death by" workouts are super simple to make. Each template will take you through a step by step process for building/logging your specific workout.


Step 1

How many movements does it have?


 

SINGLE MOVEMENT WORKOUTS

Step 2. 

Choose from the list of popular movements, or use the search bar to find a different movement.



Step 3. 

Pick a Template. Choose from the available templates to work with. Templates will be based on the selected movement. For example, different templates will appear for Weightlifting movements versus Gymnastics movements.


Step 4.

Build Your Workout & Enter A Result. Add time, rounds, sets, rest, load, and whatever else is needed to complete your workout. When you’re finished building the workout to your liking, enter a score. In many cases the score will be auto-calculated.


MULTIPLE MOVEMENT WORKOUTS

Step 2. 

Pick A Template. Choose from the available templates to work with. Templates will be organized by score type. For example, all workouts that require “time” as a score can be found in the Time drop-down menu. All workouts that require “reps” as the score can be found in the Reps drop-down menu.

Step 3. 

Build Your Workout & Enter A Result. Use the available tools to adjust durations, rounds, rest, and to add movements.


Step 4.

Add movements and characteristics to each movement. When your finished building the workout to your liking, enter a score.

Step 3

Adjust the framework of the workout. You've selected a template, but it can always be modified to fit your needs.


Step 4

Add movements to the workout. Type in the name of the movement and select it from the drop-down menu that appears.



Step 5

Apply attributes to the movement. You can apply as many attributes as necessary.



As you build your workout, the description will be updated to reflect your current workout parameters.
