If you have been unsuccessfully attempting to log into the app, you have likely seen one of these messages:


Improper Credentials


It's quite possible you simply entered in the wrong email or password for your account.  If so, you should receive the "Couldn't sign you in, please try again" message.  Correct the email/password, or click "Forgot" to reset it.

No Subscription


The other possible reason for not being able to log in is that you don't have a CrossFit btwb subscription.  That's an easy fix- you can sign up for a Free 30 Day Trial via our website (remember, all subscriptions are handled via the web, not the app) and you should be able to log in.  Below you can see both the app and web error screens due to a log in attempt without a subscription:
