Yes! You can move planned workouts from one track to another track. Note, changing the track removes the workout from the existing track and adds it to a new track.

Follow the steps below for more details.

Step 1

Click on a planned workout from the calendar view

Step 2

Select "Edit" from the menu that appears

Step 3

Click into the Track menu from the Saved Workout screen

Step 4

From the menu that appears, select the new track you'd like to move the workout to

Step 5

Click the "Update Workout" button

When finished, the workout should appear on your calendar in the colors of the new track.
