To log a workout with a complex from the app, select the log button and select "New".

Select either multiple or single movement workout templates and then select the template you are using.

When building out thew workout, you can add you complex by selecting "Add Complex".

Enter your movement with any added reps or weight then select confirm"

Since this is a complex, you wil need to then add your second movement. Once you added the second movement, you will need to enter the amount of reps for the complex.

Select update and your Complex is complete.
