Use the "+" button in the footer menu of the home screen to build a workout and log a result for it. Click on the "New" tile when presented with the various options. 


The flow will then take you through a series of steps to help you create your workout based on the number of movements in your workout

There are two different places to build a workout.


1. From the Plan page.


2. From the "Log" button.
