To analyze your Macros select the Analyze button from the main Macros screen.
Two different analysis options are available: Overview & Weekly.
The Overview Analysis looks at a specific time period. Select a start and end date, then view various pieces of information for that time period.
- Target Days: number of days in the selected time period you were within 100 calories of your calorie target
- Training Days: number of days in the selected time period you logged a workout score
A breakdown of your daily macronutrient consumption by daily average (in grams), daily calorie average, and daily calorie percentage (the % of calories coming from that macronutrient).
Total macronutrients and calories consumed in the selected time period. Progress bars will indicate how accurate your consumption was based on macronutrient targets set for the selected time period.
