If you know your goal Macro numbers, you can set those in the app so you can make sure you are on track. To do this, tap the "Set Targets" button from the main Macros screen.
If you want to create new macronutrient targets, click on the Add A New Target link. From there you can set new daily targets for protein, carbs, and fat. Click save to add to your target list.
Next select the newly created targets from your targets list. You'll also be able to edit and delete current macro targets any time from this screen via the "Edit" and "Delete" buttons next to each.
Newly set targets will update the progress bars located on the main Macros screen.
