You can use the Plan feature to program for individuals the same way you are programming for yourself or your gym.


From the Plan page click on the name of your gym. A pop-up will appear with the names of each member in your gym. Click on one of those names.



You'll know you're planning for an individual member because their name will appear above the week-long calendar where your gym name once was.



Once the switch is made, plan individual workouts the same way you'd plan workouts for the gym.
