View the most recent posting history from your Profile screen. Click into your profile, then scroll to the bottom. The Profile screen contains the 10 most recent logged workout results. 

You can also click into the Activity Feeds screen, then navigate to the "Me" tab. The "Me" tab lists out ALL of your workout results in reverse chronological order. User the filters on this screen (top-right corner) to get even more specific with what you are looking for.

You can also scroll back on the calendar from the home screen to view logged results on specific days. 

Click on the arrow to expand the calendar and see an entire month at a time. Days with logged scores will be shown with a green circle. Click on a specific day to reveal the programmed workout and logged scores below. 


Every one of your posts (workouts, meals, weigh-ins, etc) can be viewed via a few simple clicks.

First, click on your personal menu in the top-right corner of the header, then on the "Your Profile" link that appears from the drop-down menu. You can also just click on your profile picture.

From the profile page you can use the calendar to find old posts. Results will appear on the day they were posted. You can click the back arrow at the top-right of the calendar to view previous months.

You can also use the Posts menu in the side bar to search for old posts by category.
