There are two ways to view your posting history from the app.

1. Open up your app to the homepage and select the CrossFit btwb logo on the top left hand corner.

From here, select your workout sessions at the top of the list.

You can scroll through all of your posted results starting from your most recent.

2. If you are looking for a specific workout from a specific date, you can find this from your calendar view. Select "Today's WODs" from the home page, then select the drop down arrow on the week view to view the month view calendar.

Select the date you are looking for.  The calendar will scroll back up and you will be able to "Edit Result".


Every one of your posts (workouts, meals, weigh-ins, etc) can be viewed via a few simple clicks.

First, click on your personal menu in the top-right corner of the header, then on the "Your Profile" link that appears from the drop-down menu. You can also just click on your profile picture.

From the profile page you can use the calendar to find old posts. Results will appear on the day they were posted. You can click the back arrow at the top-right of the calendar to view previous months.

You can also use the Posts menu in the side bar to search for old posts by category.
