Opening up the app, you just need to click on "Todays WOD's".



This will open up to your assigned workouts for today. 

 


WEB:


Once you assign a WOD, it will appear on each individual's "whiteboard" page. That is the page everyone is taken to upon logging into Beyond The Whiteboard. Members can post their results to those WODs right from that page.
