The Plan page is where you'll program for yourself or your gym. Gym admins can even Plan workouts for separate groups of people or "tracks". You can plan workouts as far in advance as you'd like. Adding them to the Plan calendar will cause them to appear on your/your members' Whiteboard calendar(s) for that day. Once there, the workout result is ready to be logged.
