The Pin: Indicates that you've logged a result for a workout separate from the one(s) planned for you. You'll find these on your Whiteboard calendar.

The Lightning Bolt: Indicates a personal record! Hopefully you see these more often than not. You'll find these on both your Whiteboard and Profile calendars.

The Bullet Point: Indicates a planned workout that has yet to be posted for. You'll find these on your Whiteboard calendar.

The "M": Indicates a movement. You'll find these when using the universal search box in the header of the page.

The Green Check Mark: Indicates a high confidence level. You'll find these next to the Fitness Level categories via the Analyze link in the header of the page.
