The templates were designed to allow users to build/log the most common CrossFit workout types quickly and easily. Standard "21-15-9", "AMRAP", and "Death by" workouts are super simple to make. Each template will take you through a step by step process for building/logging your specific workout.

Adjust the framework of the workout. You've selected a template, but it can always be modified to fit your needs.

Step 4

Add movements to the workout. Type in the name of the movement and select it from the drop-down menu that appears. And apply attributes to the movement. You can apply as many as necessary.
