There are two ways to view your posting history from the app.
First, open up your app to the homepage and select the BTWB logo on the top left hand corner.
From here, select your workout sessions at the top of the list.
Here, you can scroll through all of your posted results starting from your most resent.
Secondly, if you are looking for a specific workout from a specific date, you can find this from your calendar view. Select your "Today's WODs" from the home page then select the date at the top of the page to open up the calendar.
Select the date you are looking for, the calendar will scroll back up and you will be able to view the WOD.
Every one of your posts (workouts, meals, weigh-ins, etc) can be viewed via a few simple clicks.
First, click on your personal menu in the top-right corner of the header, then on the "profile" link that appears from the drop-down menu. Or you can select your profile picture.
From the profile page, use the calendar to find old posts. Posts will appear on the day they were made. You can click the back arrow at the top-right of the calendar to view previous months.
You can also use the Posts menu in the side bar to search for old posts by category.
