In the "post" link in the navigation menu you'll find an option to set work measurements. There you will be able to record your personal dimensions in various positions. By recording each of these, you'll receive accurate work and power calculations of each of your workout sessions. Work and power outputs can be calculated with weigh-ins alone, but they will not be as accurate if you do not set your specific work measurements.
