From The Website
First, login to your account and go to "Your Tracks" from the drop-down menu.
From here you can toggle to Follow or Un-follow any tracks you'd like.
From the Mobile App (iOS/Android)
From the app, tap the CrossFit btwb icon at the top left to pull out the home screen navigation.
From here, tap "Account Options"...
Then tap "Follow Tracks"
Then you can toggle any tracks you'd like!
