Of course not! Though the site was built with CrossFitters and their workout types in mind, anyone can join, create workouts, and keep track of their results. CrossFit btwb works great for powerlfiters, Olympic Weightlifters, endurance athletes, or anyone interested in recording, tracking, and analyzing their fitness gains.
